He leads the EA team this way and focuses his energy on bringing clients, partners, and the digital experience community together as well.

Danielle began her tenure at EA as a project manager but quickly rose to lead our business development and new business efforts. She’s a seasoned sales guru, an incredible listener, and an empathetic relationship builder. She’s also often the very first person our clients see and remains a trusted constant throughout the project process, even long after launch.

Kendra leads EA’s team of researchers, SEO specialists, content designers, and writers. She's a seasoned storyteller, educator, and public speaker who has held just about every title in the content world, from copywriter to brand strategist to naming expert, and often serves as an Engagement Lead on our projects, shepherding new work from start to finish.

Chesley traded a career in scientific illustration for one designing digital experiences and leading teams of bright young creatives. He’s never looked back. Today, he expertly shapes EA’s design aesthetic and collaborative culture, ensuring the right people are doing the right things at the right times.

As EA’s General Manager, Marina works to establish a systems-based approach across our organization and with clients, ensuring expectations are met, work streams run smoothly from start to finish, and our business runs well from the inside out. She's also led a number of our biggest (and smallest) projects over her time with our team.

Jared works at the intersection of design intent and technical considerations to push the boundaries of digital presentation and help our projects come out pixel-perfect. He also leads a team of multi-talented developers working between no-code, low-code, and “yes-code” environments to build digital marketing experiences, apps, and portals for our clients and products for ourselves and the digital experience industry at large.

A passionate technologist, Lemi channels his love of software, platforms, programming languages, and systems into Webflow development – and leading our development team. He brings over 10 years of experience as a Webflow expert to our group, alongside a focus on quality, simplicity, and great communication.
