This became a critical bottleneck because two major events were approaching simultaneously: a comprehensive corporate rebrand and the launch of a new AI product. So FloQast needed a website that looked the part and worked as fast as they did, and they needed it fast: live in just 100 days. It was crunch time.

We kicked off with deep-dive workshops to align on their vision and user journey. The FloQast team brought along strong design guidelines, and we stepped in to ensure the ownable story and visual identity came through and worked hard.
The EA team provided critical UX direction, challenging the brief when necessary to refine the navigation to better serve the client’s specific buyer personas.
It was no small thing. Migrating FloQast’s 500+ pages required a true blended team approach. So we worked shoulder-to-shoulder with their marketing team. A flexible component system, combined with Webflow training and templates helped get things over the line - allowing them to start authoring pages immediately, rather than waiting for development to finish.
The continuous feedback loop this created was a thing of beauty. If a component needed a tweak (even down to a minor color shift), the EA adjusted it instantly to keep the momentum.

A confident Friday launch 😲
The deadline was tight, but the execution was airtight. Our team and the client both felt confident enough to launch the new site on a Friday, just days before their major product announcement, with no weekend fire drills.
The real outcome stretches beyond launch day, though. FloQast now has full ownership of its digital experience. Their marketing team can spin up new landing pages, run conversion tests, and update content without waiting in a developer queue.
