Instead of five days, our process involves just one, two-hour long, super collaborative, location-defying Zoom call that’s all about your business and your brand.

- Time management:
We run our workshops like well-oiled machines and, while it is easy to get lost in the excitement and lose track of time, we carefully navigate these waters by keeping everyone on task.
- Too many ideas, too little focus:
Often when in the thick of brainstorming, it’s common to end up with a lot of ideas. Some of them may not align with the brand or audience though, so we do our best to keep focus throughout the process, jumping in with expertise and guidance when needed.
- Groupthink:
When everyone starts thinking too similarly, unique perspectives get lost in the woodwork. This is why we encourage you to bring diverse team members to the workshop while we do the same.
