Our PMs aren’t just note-takers. They’re proactive relationship-builders.

We’ve all been in meetings with half a dozen folks, three of whom were project managers diligently recording the proceedings. We just don’t do that here. 

‍

Project management is an art and a social science. It requires the ability to think ahead and think on one’s feet. Our PMs are grand communicators, process builders, and empowered leaders who ensure every project and every client hums along happily as the work gets done. 

‍

We also approach project structure differently than most. 

‍

Our project management style is something we call “Waggle” – agile in the early stages, with brand, design, and content sprints dominating the schedule, and then more “waterfall” later on as website pages move into development. 

‍

This unholy but entirely beneficial hybrid allows us to move quickly through creative iterations, get to wrong (and then to right) faster, and then more predictably organize the production of your site or the creation of your brand. 

‍

We’re also huge fans of communication and use a combination of quick weekly check-ins via Zoom or phone and always-on asynchronous touchpoints via Slack to keep everyone in the know and all the moving pieces of a project on track.
