The Role

‍

As our Senior Product Developer, you’ll own everything from the presentation layer down to the backend glue that powers our apps. You’ll join the technology team, collaborating closely with designers, AI engineers, and fellow developers.

‍

In certain cases, you’ll collaborate across disciplines—design, content, dev, and project management—supporting complex integrations of our client initiatives.

What You’ll Do

‍

Build & Scale: Architect and implement robust React front-ends and scalable Node.js/Express back-ends, leveraging TypeScript.
Ship Autonomously: Tackle end-to-end features with minimal overhead—your PRs go through a few focused code reviews each week.
Collaborate: Work asynchronously across time zones, join weekly syncs, and pair up on critical launches.
Innovate: Prototype AI experiments (OpenAI API, TensorFlow.js, LangChain, etc.) for next-gen product experiences.

Must-Have Skills

‍

React: Deep understanding of modern React (hooks, context, router), state management patterns, and component-driven UI development.
Node.js: 3+ years of production experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and real-time backends using Node.js and Express.
MongoDB & AWS: Experience with MongoDB and AWS S3 for data and file management.
Webflow: Familiarity with the Webflow Designer API and CMS workflows.
DevOps & Workflow: Proficient with Git (GitHub flow), modern build tools (Vite, Webpack), and comfortable with basic CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with PM2, Docker, or AWS deployment is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

‍

PHP: Experience with Laravel and WordPress development.
Ruby on Rails: Familiarity with Rails conventions, Active Record, asset pipeline, and testing frameworks.
TypeScript & Docker: Proficiency with TypeScript across the stack and experience containerizing apps with Docker.
AI/ML: Practical experience working with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Google, etc.).
