The Role

‍

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join our team. You’ll work on a combination of long-term client relationships (our Client Success Program, or CSP) and new Webflow website builds—ranging from small iterative updates to fully custom projects launched from scratch.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines—design, content, dev, and project management—bringing brands to life through fast, clean, creative builds in Webflow.

What You’ll Do

‍

Build and update responsive Webflow websites based on design files (Figma).
Support and evolve existing Webflow sites for long-term clients (CSP).
Contribute to larger, new-from-scratch Webflow builds.
Set up and maintain CMS Collections and dynamic site structures.
Add animations and interactions using native Webflow tools and lightweight custom code.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser responsiveness.
Work across multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Collaborate daily with design, content, and project teams.
Integrate third-party tools (analytics, forms, embeds, CRMs, etc.).
Follow and help evolve best practices and internal documentation.

What You Bring

‍

3+ years of professional experience in Webflow development.
Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Great eye for detail and ability to bring high-fidelity designs to life.
Experience with both quick-turn updates and full Webflow builds.
Comfortable working independently and within a distributed team.
Clear communicator and collaborator.
Bonus: Experience with Finsweet Client-First, Jetboost, Memberstack, or localization workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

‍

Familiarity with accessibility and performance optimization.
Experience in an agency or fast-paced digital team.
Comfort with tools like Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Loom, etc.
Curiosity about AI and low-code platforms beyond Webflow.
