Brand Strategy Section 3
When you work with us to define your brand’s strategy, it’s collaborative, a lot of times illuminating, and, most of the time, pretty fun.

Brand strategy begins with a discovery workshop and continues with research.

Our discovery workshops are 2-hour or so Zoom calls or in-person meetings where we use whiteboarding software and our collective noggins to talk through the big questions brains your product, audiences, industry, competitors, and sometimes future website experience. You invite all the folks who know the most about your brand, and we invite the strategist, writer, UX expert, designer, and sometimes developer you’ll work with during your time working with EA. And together, we get thinky. 

Research is a whole other big, important thing. It’s something we really, truly believe in at Edgar Allan, and is a part of every brand-to-build project we do. Why? Because we don’t like guessing what your audiences want and need (and neither should you).
