A partner agency had already created a stunning brand blueprint containing all the right (frankly, adorable) parts. They just needed Edgar Allan to take that and jolt the Monster to life on Webflow.

To create a monster, you have to think like one. This is one of those legit cool brands, so the true challenge was actually embodying the company’s quirky-cute nature, not just creating a site.
That’s why we approached this work as a blended team, acting as an extension of the client’s own squad and immersing ourselves in their playful, challenger lore.
The project kicked off with in-person brand story workshops. We brought a “just figure-it-out” attitude to everything (copy, design, UX, SEO), listening deeply but pushing back when it mattered.
Detail by detail, we replatformed them to Webflow and provided essential training, leaving the Monster team with full ownership. In fact, just two weeks post-launch, they were publishing new landing pages entirely on their own.

“We know our website is our billboard to the world.”
The new site generated buzz. We saw a 42% increase in site traffic. At conferences, people approached them just to say, “You guys are so cool.” That tracks. When most competitors use Corporate Memphis stick figures and generic icons, furry little brand ambassadors with wide eyes and sharp teeth absolutely pop.
Boldness and playfulness were crucial for results, but left unchecked, “playful” can easily become “silly.” Tight cooperation ensured we kept the brand professional, with each team nudging each other back to the fine line when needed.
This Monster is fully aliiive now. High-stakes email deliveries…watch out.
