We gave Transformation Capital command over a new Webflow site that lets them move as quickly as their industry demands.
We also distilled the healthcare-focused VC firm’s story into an entirely new brand strategy, voice and tone, and visual identity that more accurately reflects their passion.

Doctoring up the brand strategy & identity
Transformation Capital (TCAP) arrived with a fairly bland, corporate-feeling brand that didn’t reflect the group’s passion – or the life-changing work their investments make possible. We dug right in, first distilling their story into a narrative that brought the outcomes of their investments to the forefront.
Their new positioning and messaging direction – healthcare shapes us all; together, we shape healthcare – nods to the pure potential in TCAP’s work supporting the companies revolutionizing healthcare, as well as the firm’s rigorous commitment to true partnership with entrepreneurs and CEOs. We also redesigned their logo and updated their palette to give them a fresh, bold look that sits neatly between the typical bravado of venture capital visual language and the clean, friendly world of healthcare startups.
Along with these visuals, we also revisited TCAP’s messaging, creating a brand that they could really hang their hat (or, rather, stethoscope) on, speaking directly to the healthcare industry and highlighting the measurable impact that they’ve had through years of partnerships.
Reconstructing the UX architecture
Transformation Capital was also in need of a UX overhaul. Their homepage was practically unnavigable, anchored by a never-ending scrolling loop that was both disorienting and uninformative. We refreshed the entire experience, delivering a homepage that better tells the TCAP story, as well as offers users multiple opportunities to dive deeper into the meat of the site.
Putting it all together in Webflow development
Once we had redesigned the firm’s brand and site experience, it was time to bring it all together in Webflow. For the finale, scrolling animations add an interactive, modern feel to the experience, but we also made sure our client’s marketing department wasn’t locked out of adding to and editing the new experience over time. As we do with every client and every project, we trained up their team so that they would be able to update their site themselves long after we were gone.
