5 SaaS websites re-platformed into 1 experience in 60 days
Legacy systems cobbled together over time had become a barrier to WealthWave’s growth. Here, the culprit was a decade-old platform hacked together using disparate tools for email marketing, contact databases, personalized websites, and downloadable materials. As a result, the company’s thousands of financial experts were stifled by the patchwork of solutions, and no one could meet their goals.
Because of Webflow’s low-code environment and our client training, WealthWave’s team can now do much of any future building themselves rather than being locked into a costly, never-ending support contract.
Our main goal: simplicity.
Weekly reviews kept tight timelines at bay as the team worked together ensuring the brand standards and story came through in the final product.
Keeping it simple meant answering these questions:
- What are we building?
- Who are we building it for?
- What do they need?
- What content will help them achieve their goals?
Perhaps the biggest win was deciding to pull all six of WealthWave’s disparate systems together and build everything on top of Webflow using best-in-class integrations. The move gives the company the control they’d been lacking and a solid foundation for both immediate ownership of their content, processes, workflows, and more, and a versatile platform to build off of for future needs.
“We chose Edgar Allan because of their ability to innovate on top of the Webflow platform. [They] are the best innovation partner for custom engineering and design for Webflow. And so at the end I said, I want the best.”
Andy Horner, Chief Marketing Officer
