To answer your question directly, we have about 50 full-time staff across a wide range of disciplines, from strategy and research to content creation and design, UX, digital (UI) design, Webflow development, SEO, project management, and traditional, yes-code development.

Leadership is involved at some level in every project. Project management is a real (and really important) discipline here. And we prefer to keep the right mix of talent and experience on staff rather than contract out typically farmed positions like development and quality assurance.
