What is EA's hiring philosophy?

Edgar Allan's organic hiring philosophy focuses on finding the right functional and cultural fit. 

You didn’t ask, but we think this is important too: Our retention philosophy expands on that idea, to being intentional about fostering individual growth for our team members.

In a nutshell, we hire people based on skill set and whether we believe they’ll fit with the rest of our team, and then we strive to help them grow and evolve in their roles. 

First, we seek out potential, and then we try to help people realize theirs. 

More functionally, we’re not tied to a specific geographical location and believe our team members shouldn’t be either. Our team spans continents and time zones, with many of us working from the U.S., Argentina, South Africa, Serbia, and even the Philippines.
