Services - Research - Digital Accessibility - Section 3
Accessibility isn’t just a design problem, a content issue, or something that needs to be solved during development alone.

From planning and discovery to implementation and ongoing evaluation, every person on our team understands their role in producing digital experiences that everyone can use.

  • Strategy

During discovery, we document requirements thoroughly, ensuring diverse abilities are reflected in user personas and journeys. We also assess the accessibility of client brand designs to encourage inclusivity.

  • Design

We prioritize proper color contrast and text sizes, with accessibility at the forefront. Consistent behavior is maintained, errors are prevented, and guidelines are established to convey information clearly.

  • Content

We structure our content logically, use plain language, and ensure that all media includes captions and alternative text to enhance accessibility.

  • Development

Our dev team has extensive experience with implementations that adhere to web standards.

  • QA

We employ accessibility testing tools and conduct thorough testing using tools like Lighthouse or ANDI. In certain cases, we also consult with people who have disabilities to remove barriers for them.

  • Leadership

EA’s leadership maintains a deep understanding of accessibility, provides team training, and stays on top of industry developments.

  • Project Management

Our Project Managers and Engagement Leads clearly communicate accessibility requirements and make sure we maintain compliance throughout a project with various checklists and protocols.

Our team accepts that digital accessibility is a shared responsibility. After all, if a single piece of the puzzle is missing, it’s significantly more challenging to implement and maintain a successful strategy.
