Audience Discovery Section 2.1
Plain and simple? Most digital design agencies just don’t take the time to do much audience research. That could be for numerous reasons, from time or budget constraints to a simple lack of understanding.

The problem with this approach is that it results in a lot of guesswork when it comes to addressing audience needs, creating content, and communicating with users. And to be honest, we hate to guess.

The team at Edgar Allan works hard to create products that honor and serve specific and well-researched human needs, that drive action and pull all the pieces of a site together into a single, well thought out package. And that takes research, plain and simple.

Our best advice: If you end up working with another agency, fight for research. Yes, it takes time on the front end of a project. But it will likely save time in the end as it will allow your team to create with more answers than questions.
