We build a quality assurance (QA) and testing phase into the near end of every project, but we also ensure that when we turn the site over to our clients at that point,  it's not the first time they’re seeing it. (Eek.)

Once it’s time for testing, we take a two-pronged approach, with phases for QA and user acceptance testing (UAT).

QA comes first and is conducted by folks at EA.

‍

When that’s complete, we move on to UAT, which is conducted by the client.
