But, in a nutshell, the new EA site is:
- A Branded LLM fueled by EA blog posts, custom-written prompts, and several hundred Google Doc pages of content about who we are and what we do.
- Hand-mapped to define connections between ideas, all driven by customer research.
- An AI translator that interprets user intent into content, delivering relevant answers through a blend of pre-written content and AI-driven responses, all within a controlled, safe system.
- An experience that allows users to ask EA anything and get an accurate, in-depth, and on-brand answer in seconds, or browse the site in other, more traditional ways via a menu or multiple-choice pathing.
